Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Locations
Bean & Bear Cornwall currently ships within the United Kingdom only. We may expand our shipping locations in the future and will update this policy accordingly.
2. Processing Time (Handmade Items)
All our pieces are handmade to order. Please allow 5–7 working days for your item to be created before it is dispatched. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. During busy periods (e.g. holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. If any significant delay is expected, we will contact you directly.
3. Shipping Method (Royal Mail)
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48hr Tracker service, which typically arrives in 2–3 working days after dispatch. Royal Mail provides tracking for all parcels, and you will receive a tracking link once your package has dropped at the post office. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or seasonal demand.

For orders under £25, shipping is charged at a standard rate of £4 (shown at checkout)
5. Tracking & Delivery
All Royal Mail parcels include tracking, allowing you to follow your order’s progress once dispatched.
If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check any designated safe places or with neighbours first. If you still cannot find it, contact us and we will help investigate.
6. Delivery Address Accuracy
Please ensure that all address details entered at checkout are correct.
Bean & Bear Cornwall cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels
If your order has not arrived within 10 working days after the expected delivery window, please contact us at kylie@beanandbearcornwall.co.uk. We will raise an investigation with Royal Mail. A replacement or refund may be issued once the investigation is complete.
8. Damaged Items
If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery and include clear photos of:

any visible damage.
We will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
