Product images on the website are for illustrative purposes only, and colours may vary depending on screen settings and the unique nature of the handmade process.

5. Order Processing
As all items are handmade:

Please allow 5–7 working days for your item to be created before dispatch.

During busy periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

You will receive a dispatch notification once your item has been shipped.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if we suspect fraud, misuse, or an error in stock or pricing.

7. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges
At Bean & Bear Cornwall, we want you to be delighted with your handmade items. However, due to the nature of our products, please read the following carefully:
Earrings – Non-Returnable (Hygiene Policy)

Due to health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

We appreciate your understanding in helping us maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.

All pieces are handmade, and slight variations in colour, shape, or finish may occur. These natural variations are not considered faults.
Returns Eligibility (Non-Earring Items)
For all other non-custom items, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the item is:

unused,

in its original condition, and

returned in its original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is damaged or faulty and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Custom or Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items are non-refundable, unless faulty or damaged upon arrival.
8. Faulty or Damaged Items
We aim to provide you with high-quality products and excellent customer service. If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact within 24 hours of delivery so that we can resolve the issue promptly.
