We want you to love your purchase, of course we do! However, due to the nature of the products we make, unless your earrings arrive faulty, we cannot accept returns or refunds. This is due to us maintaining high levels of hygiene on all our products. We appreciate your understanding on this.

Non-custom items (excluding earrings): You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
