Please remember that all our pieces are handmade and due to the nature of the materials used, our pictures capture the essence of each Collection and not each and every pair. The images chosen represent the clay and colours used in each Collection, but the product your receive won't necessarily be the exact one photographed.

Your product will be unique to you (how exciting is that!).

We want you to love your purchase, of course we do! However, due to the nature of the products we make, unless your earrings arrive faulty, we cannot accept returns or refunds. This is due to us maintaining high levels of hygiene on all our products. We appreciate your understanding on this.

For all other items here is our general return policy:

• Non-custom items (excluding earrings): You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
