Ready to ship items (items not selected at pre-orders) will be packaged and ready to ship within 1-2 days. Beyond this, please allow 48hours for delivery via Royal Mail.

All items are tracked with Royal Mail, and your shipping notifictaion will include your tracking number. Please use this to track your items and if there are any issues please refer to our more detailed shipping policy and refunds & returns policy.

We want you to love your purchase, of course we do! However, due to the nature of the products we make, unless your earrings arrive faulty, we cannot accept returns or refunds. This is due to us maintaining high levels of hygiene on all our products. We appreciate your understanding on this.

For all other items here is our general return policy:

• Non-custom items (excluding earrings): You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

• Customers are responsible for return postage costs, unless the item is faulty or damaged and reported within 24 hours of delivery.
